Role Overview

We are hiring interns for two distinct functions within our hospitality consulting team: Hospitality Design - AutoCAD Drafter and Digital Marketing – Performance & SEO Intern. Both roles offer hands-on exposure to live hospitality projects and require candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn.

Roles & Responsibilities – Hospitality Design - AutoCAD Drafter Intern

• Assist in preparing schematic drawings and layouts for Hotel BOH areas including service & logistics, kitchen & F&B support, laundry, housekeeping, staff facilities and engineering/MEP interfaces.
• Assist in developing BOH zoning plans, flow diagrams, circulation layouts and space plans.
• 
  Translate operational requirements into functional layouts and space planning.
• Support area program preparation, block planning and design documentation.
• Work closely with senior consultants to align design with hospitality brand standards and operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria – Hospitality Design - AutoCAD Drafter Intern

• A minimum of a bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Hospitality Design or a related field. Fresh graduates and final-year students who are able to commit to a full-time internship are encouraged to apply.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SketchUp.
• Understanding of space planning, circulation and functional design.
• Strong interest in hotel planning, BOH design and hospitality projects.
• Detail-oriented, creative and willing to learn real-world project workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities – Digital Marketing Intern

• Assist in setting up, monitoring and optimizing campaigns across Meta, Google and LinkedIn Ads.
• Assist in handling the social media accounts, preparing the content calendar, ensuring timely posts & monitoring engagement and growth.
• Assist with social media growth across LinkedIn and Instagram, including content, captions and ad copy.
• Support ad creative strategy by translating campaign insights into high-converting content and visuals.
• Support SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, competitor analysis and website performance tracking.
• Conduct competitor, audience and market analysis and track emerging digital marketing and hospitality trends.
• Assist in monitoring campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, conversions and ROI.
• Work closely with the digital marketing and strategy team on ongoing campaigns and projects.

Eligibility Criteria – Digital Marketing Intern

• A minimum of a bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, Hospitality or a related field. Fresh graduates and final-year students who are able to commit to a full-time internship are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, SEO, content creation and social media marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Canva.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console or SEO tools is a plus.
• Strong written communication and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, organized and eager to learn.
