We are looking for an experienced and motivated Product Manager to join our growing team at GuideLite.AI. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our AI assistant platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer success, to deliver a product that meets our customers needs and exceeds market expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for GuideLite.AI based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements in a timely manner.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify new opportunities for product development.
• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate concepts, and prioritize features.
• Develop clear product specifications and user stories for new features and improvements.
• Monitor key product metrics, analyze performance data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure the successful launch of new features by coordinating cross-functional teams and creating comprehensive go-to-market plans.
• Drive continuous improvement by soliciting customer feedback, analyzing user behavior, and staying up-to-date with the latest AI and SaaS trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, AI, or technology-driven companies.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, SaaS platforms, and the enterprise software market.
• Proven experience in defining product roadmaps, writing user stories, and managing cross-functional teams.
