Job Description

Are you seeking to kickstart your career in Human Resources Znap Empower is in search of a dynamic HR intern with English proficiency (spoken) to become a part of our team! As an intern, you will be provided with the opportunity to acquire valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Additionally, you will be supporting the onboarding process for new hires, which involves conducting orientation sessions and preparing necessary paperwork.

Furthermore, you will be involved in HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases. You will also play a role in supporting employee relations initiatives by organizing team-building activities and aiding in conflict resolution.
Your role will extend to assisting with training and development programs by coordinating training sessions and tracking employee participation. You will have the chance to participate in HR projects and initiatives, including diversity and inclusion initiatives and performance management processes.
Collaboration with HR team members on various projects and initiatives will be a key aspect of your role to gain a comprehensive understanding of HR functions.
