Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our range of lift and elevator products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and building long-term customer relationships within the construction and real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients such as builders, contractors, architects, and facility managers.

Promote the companys elevator products, maintenance services, and modernization solutions.

Conduct client visits, product presentations, and follow-ups for enquiries.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/lead generation targets.

Maintain and update client databases and marketing reports.

Coordinate with technical and operations teams for quotations and site visits.

Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

Experience in the construction, building materials, or elevator/lift industry.

Understanding of B2B marketing and technical product sales.

Salary: ?15,000 ?25,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives and travel allowance

Location: Coimbatore and Madurai
