- Designation - Product Manager - CMS
- Location - Lower Parel
Job Summary-
- Product Management function for Collection products.
- Project Management.
- Ensure Product maintenance, Implementation, new rollouts, tracking sales and other value additions keeping the end customer in mind.
- Works in close cooperation with Operations, IT and the software vendors for smooth functioning of all the Collection products.
- Vendor Management, vendor arrangements for meeting the requirements of clients across locations.
- Responsible for supporting existing & prospective relationships across Corporate, Retail, SME & AMRB for all products pertaining to CMS business. Ensuring smooth onboarding of all new customers.
- Keeping a track of product budgets & targets on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis. Monitor business analytics & prepare periodic MIS thereof for the Product on various parameters for the top management and Sales staff.
- Coordination with internal staff / departments especially operations department for ensuring adherence to laid down processes, KYC guidelines of the bank and adherence to circulars issues by various regulatory authorities including NPCI.
- Perform competitive analysis for product offerings and pricing of major competitors on regular basis.
- Provide market intelligence and track latest developments in the product.
- Ensuring that all customer requirements are met by closely coordinating with the relevant operations teams viz. CMS back-office, branches, a/c opening team and branches etc.

- Ensure periodic Product and Process reviews with the ultimate aim of continous improvisation and risk mitigation.
- Driving the new product rollouts right from BRD to final scoping, test cases, UAT, coordination with all stakeholders including taking all necessay approvals till final roll-out.
- Track sales and help achieve targetted numbers in close coordination with the Sales team.
- Clear understanding of CMS products, processes and compliance norms etc.
- Ability to manage and get things done.
- IT savvy.
