Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an Insurance Verification Specialist. The primary responsibilities include verifying patient insurance coverage, obtaining prior authorizations, and clarifying eligibility and benefits information. The role also involves effective communication with insurance providers and patients to ensure accuracy and address any discrepancies. A high level of attention to detail, efficiency, and customer service will be essential to excel in this role.
