Roles & Responsibilities -Responsible for monitoring the quality of MEP/Technician work.Responsible for Maintaining the TAT of R&M tickets at best.Follow-up and closure of pending client scope complaints with the help of KAMEnsuring timely response to maintenance complaints, maintaining clear communication with Students/Caretakers, and delivering quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations.Actively Conduct Surprise audits in the properties.Monitor CWP,HWP, and Height work permit properly carried out in the groundManage periodic fire safety checks in fire protection systems such as Fire control panels,Fire pumps,Fire hydrants and sprinkler systems.Prepare technical evaluation for all the quotes received from the contractors/vendors.Prepare Monthly and Annual budgets to cover all AMC and spare parts/consumables to run day to days operations.Monitoring maintenance budgets, identifying and implementing cost-saving measures, and optimizing resource utilization to achieve operational efficiencies.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and maintenance history to enable effective tracking.
Qualifications -Bachelors degree in engineering.Experience in managing building system (electrical , plumbing and maintenance processes).3- 4 years of experience in facilities management or related field.
