Position Overview
The Desktop Support Engineer L2 will provide advanced technical support to end-users, handle complex desktop-related issues, and assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop hardware and software.
What youll do as the Desktop Support Engineer L2:

• 
  Expertise in designing, deploying, and managing Windows Deployment Services (WDS) integrated with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
• Customize OS images as per requirements.
• Practical experience with antivirus solutions such as CrowdStrike and Windows Defender.
• Basic knowledge of scripting.
• Knowledge of network segmentation and networking concepts.
• Knowledge of reporting and dashboard tools.
• Ensuring Information Security compliance for corporate and lab devices.
• Experience with ITIL processes, including incident, change, and problem management.

What You Will Bring To The Team

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT support.
