MicroStrategy Reporting Developer - SQL / ETL

Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced MicroStrategy Reporting Developer with strong expertise in MicroStrategy, SQL, ETL concepts, and Data Modelling.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using MicroStrategy.
- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

- Apply ETL concepts to ensure efficient data flow from source to target systems.
- Create and optimize data models to support reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization of reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reports, data, and performance.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in MicroStrategy development.
- Strong expertise in SQL (complex queries, performance tuning).
- Solid understanding of ETL concepts and workflows.
- Proficient in data modelling techniques and best practices.
- Experience with schema design, facts, attributes, hierarchies in MicroStrategy.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
