Role Summary Gen AI Presales Leader.
The Gen AI Presales Leader will drive client-facing AI engagements by translating complex business problems into impactful GenAI and deep learning solutions.
This role blends strong technical depth with consultative storytelling, owning end-to-end GenAI demos, PoCs, and proposals to support deal closure across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead GenAI pre-sales engagements, discovery workshops, and client conversations.
- Design and deliver customized GenAI demos & PoCs using real-world, client-relevant data.
- Build multi-modal GenAI solutions (text, image, tabular data).
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and practice teams to align solutions with business needs.

- Convert business objectives into scalable AI architectures (not tech-first).
- Develop reusable demo frameworks and assets.
- Support RFP/RFI responses and proposal creation with GenAI use cases.
- Track demo impact on deal conversion and continuously refine offerings.
- Analyze competitor solutions and create positioning battlecards.
- Feed market and client insights into product and roadmap strategy.
- Stay updated on GenAI trends (e.g., retail media networks, synthetic consumer research).

Experience & Background:
- 12+ years in Data Science / AI with strong pre-sales exposure.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise AI solutions.
- Exposure to multiple industries (CPG, Pharma, BFSI preferred).
- Experience working with global stakeholders in a consulting environment.
