Manager - Paid Media Ads

Role Overview:
As the Manager - Paid Media Ads, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our clients' paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. You will work closely with a team of paid media specialists, account managers, and clients to develop, implement, and optimize high-performing campaigns that drive significant ROAS. This role directly impacts our clients' success by ensuring their advertising budgets are strategically allocated and effectively managed to achieve optimal results and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms for a diverse portfolio of clients to achieve their specific business objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of paid media specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality campaign execution and performance.

- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and growth.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insightful reports to track progress, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Manage client relationships, providing regular updates on campaign performance, addressing concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their online marketing strategies.
- Oversee budget allocation and pacing across multiple campaigns, ensuring efficient spending and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media advertising, including new platform features, algorithm updates, and industry innovations.
- Collaborate with other internal teams, such as SEO, content marketing, and social media, to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting options to optimize campaign performance and improve conversion rates.
- Ensure all paid media campaigns adhere to industry best practices and comply with platform policies and guidelines.
Required Skillset:
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful paid media strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, driving significant ROAS for clients.
- Extensive experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns, including keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and bid management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team of paid media specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
- Deep understanding of online marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, content marketing, and social media.
- Bachelor's/PG degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
