What Youll Do:
Develop and execute comprehensive campus recruiting strategies to attract high-potential candidates for internships, co-op programs, and full-time positions.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including career services offices, faculty members, student organizations, and campus ambassadors.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruitment plans for specific departments and roles.
Plan and coordinate campus events, including career fairs, information sessions, workshops, and networking events.
Lead campus recruitment presentations and workshops to educate students about career opportunities and our company culture.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for hire based on qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance and support from application to onboarding.
Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track the effectiveness of campus recruiting efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitive intelligence to enhance our campus recruitment strategy.
Mentor and train junior members of the recruiting team, fostering their professional development and growth.
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree is a plus.
years of experience in campus recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Proven track record of successfully identifying and attracting top talent through campus recruitment initiatives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with campus recruiting platforms is preferred.
Ability to travel as needed to attend campus events and recruitment activities.
Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
