About the team: As part of the IT group, we are responsible for executing our enterprise data strategy which emphasizes data management maturity, fosters a robust data culture, and architects a best-in-class enterprise data platform. We have the ultimate goal to provide trusted data and insights at scale which enable corporate and functional data-driven decision making. We are fueled by organic innovation, internal collaboration and adoption of data visualization, data management, reporting automation, AI/ML and integration tools. We leverage best practices and alignment through our Enterprise Data Community to deliver speed to insight, scale, control and enablement. The team is distributed across the United States and India and is composed of data engineers, data analysts, visualization developers, and infrastructure specialists.
What You’ll Do

• As part of the Data Strategy Team, collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to understand business objectives and help in generating actionable outcomes by enabling them with data and insights.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, challenge and question assumptions, working collaboratively with sales leadership to refine strategies and future data roadmap.
• 
  Utilize his/her deep understanding of sales and marketing KPIs to track and evaluate performance metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, analyses etc. to drive key decisions.
• Involved in efforts to develop, maintain, and enhance data models that support marketing and sales initiatives.
• Lead process & data discovery across the entire business applications landscape (Salesforce, NetSuite, Application logs, Forecasting/Planning tools etc.) to enable decision making through data. Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model covering objects like Opportunity, Account, Campaign, Lead etc is required
• Identify areas of opportunities to enhance existing data flows and processes via SQL tuning and automation possibilities.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance, contributing to the overall success of sales and marketing strategies.
• Work with IT business engagement & enterprise data platform teams to identify source data requirements for ingestion into the data warehouse.
• Design, develop and maintain key quarterly/monthly reporting to support ongoing needs and structured communication to tell a "story" focused on business insights & data
  

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience as Data Analyst or related role in a SaaS organization.
• Strong experience with industry standard CRM/ERP platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite including marketing automation platforms like Marketo etc.

  Get Hired
• Strong experience in Agile SDLC model before experience building Sprint Plans.
• Advanced Knowledge in SQL and ability to perform complex modeling with large volumes of data
• Good level of experience with any industry standard BI/Data Visualization tools like Tableau, QlikView, CRM Analytics or similar BI tool
• Strong familiarity with data modeling, ETL and data warehouse concepts.
• Strong capacity to lead and execute on multiple projects simultaneously including prioritization discussions with business and regular communication on project progress.
• Experience with Python, Dbt or similar a plus but not mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative major (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field)
