Product Support - Intern

Zycus is looking for enthusiastic and driven fresh graduates to join as Product Support – Interns. In this role, you will work closely with global customers and internal teams to support Zycus AI-driven procurement solutions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to product support, customer interaction, and enterprise SaaS environments.

Location: Mumbai (Seepz, Andheri East)

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Experience: 0–1 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling queries and issues via email, chat, and calls
• Support Zycus Procurement Applications (Source-to-Pay suite)
  
• Collaborate with Technical Account Management and cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Assist in product configuration, troubleshooting, and incident management
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation processes
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, process improvements, and automation initiatives
• Analyze customer requirements and suggest effective solutions or workarounds
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and quality support

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA or Engineering Graduate (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields-2025 and onwards passout ONLY
• 0–1 year of experience (freshers can apply)

• Basic understanding of technical concepts and SaaS products
• Familiarity with MS Excel and analytical thinking
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts if required)
• Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
• Ability to multitask and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
