Vice President Product Marketing

We are looking for a Vice President of Marketing to lead and drive our marketing efforts. We are a leader in cognitive procurement and are looking for an experienced Marketing leader as part of our endeavor to drive the next phase of growth.

This is a senior leadership and highly strategic role. You will be reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer and will be responsible for driving the Go To Market strategy for a Region including positioning, messaging, product marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, and customer/partner marketing within the region.

You will be accountable for achieving company objectives with regard to revenue, customer acquisition, budget management, and profitability. It requires cross-functional collaboration with multiple internal and external business stakeholders including agencies to drive incremental sales, customer engagement, and loyalty. This role requires a strong balance of creative thinking & strategic thinking, project management ability, communication skills, analytical thinking, brand expansion, and creative problem solving with the ability to influence and introduce innovative and impacting marketing programs.

Heres an overview of what your responsibilities might entail:

• Product messaging: develop and revamp product messaging along with relevant stakeholders. Ensure that messaging for differentiating features proliferates and establishes brand identity.
• Product launch: Contribute and lead product launches/new releases and work with the product management team for planning, release, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Competitive intelligence: Ensure that appropriate competitive intelligence is captured and leveraged by sales and other teams. Create new assets and revamp existing ones.
• Product-centric thought leadership: contribute towards the development of product-centric thought leadership and drive effective distribution via various marketing channels.
• Subject matter expertise
  
  : develop subject matter expertise in cognitive procurement, and AI/ML capabilities.
• Sales and partner enablement: contribute towards sales and partner enablement initiatives. Ensure that product marketing assets are utilized for driving commercial outcomes.
• Strategic initiatives: lead ideation and delivery of strategic initiatives leveraging PMM assets, these include roundtables, thought-leadership webinars, virtual events, partner events and others.
• Content marketing: provide ideas to content marketing to proliferate product-centric messaging and competitive differentiation, function as a subject matter expert for development of content market assets.

• Should be an MBA graduate from a Tier I B-School
• 15 to 20 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
