Role Description
- Position: Associate Sales Consultant
- Department: Sales & Business Development
- Location: Gurugram
- Reporting To: Sales Director / Founders Office
Core Responsibility:
Drive qualified sales conversions across residential and commercial real estate inventory by managing client relationships, investor consultations, developer coordination, and transaction closures.
This is a revenue role with strong ownership expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage qualified leads through referrals, channel partners, digital sources, and direct networking
- Understand client investment goals and match them with suitable real estate opportunities
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and investment consultations
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and institutional partners
- Follow up aggressively on warm leads and drive closure timelines
- Negotiate commercial terms and support documentation until deal closure
- Maintain CRM discipline and reporting standards
- Support strategic sales campaigns for launches, inventory liquidation, and institutional mandates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required (BBA, B.COM, MBA, Marketing, Real Estate, or related preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional business presentation ability
- Strong understanding of sales psychology and client handling
- CRM discipline and follow-up consistency required
Minimum Experience
Mandatory: Minimum 3 to 10 years of real estate sales experience
Preferred Background: Residential luxury sales, Commercial leasing / investment advisory, Developer sales, Channel partner management, HNI / investor-facing sales

Candidates without direct real estate experience should not be considered.
Age Criteria
Preferred Age Range: 27 to 40 years
Selection is performance-driven, but maturity, professional presence, and sales ownership are non-negotiable.
Compensation Structure
- Fixed Salary: ₹3.0 LPA to ₹8.0 LPA (Based on experience, deal size handled, and network quality)
