Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly driven and ownership-oriented Finance Manager / Finance Controller to build, scale, and lead finance operations in a fast-growing environment. This role requires a hands-on operator with a 0- 1 mindset, capable of setting up robust financial processes across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R), while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. End-to-End Finance Ownership (0- 1 Build) :

- Build and scale finance and accounting processes from the ground up

- Own Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) cycles end-to-end

- Establish SOPs, policies, and governance frameworks for finance operations

2. Financial Accounting & Reporting :

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets

- Lead the R2R cycle, including month-end and year-end close processes

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership

3. General Ledger (GL) Management :

- Maintain and reconcile GL accounts with high accuracy

- Review and control journal entries, accruals, and provisions

- Drive standardization, controls, and automation in GL processes

4. NetSuite ERP Leadership :

- Own and manage NetSuite ERP for all finance functions

- Lead implementation, optimization, and system enhancements

- Oversee configurations, reporting, and integrations with other tools

- Collaborate with tech and data teams to build scalable dashboards and workflows

5. Compliance, Controls & Audit :

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

- Lead audit readiness and manage internal and external audits

- Build and strengthen internal control frameworks and risk mitigation processes

6. Business Finance & Strategic Partnering :

- Partner with business teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

- Drive cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives

- Support leadership with data-driven financial insights

7. Process Excellence & Automation :

- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities

- Reduce manual effort and improve reporting accuracy and turnaround time

- Build scalable finance processes aligned with business growth

Key Requirements :

- 4+ Years of experience in finance and accounting roles

- Strong hands-on experience in P2P, R2R, and end-to-end finance operations

- Proven track record of building processes from scratch (01 environments/startups preferred)

- Mandatory hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP

- Strong understanding of GL, financial reporting, compliance, and audits

- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Self-starter with a high ownership mindset

- Comfortable working in ambiguous and evolving environments

- Strong bias for action and execution

- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on implementation
