Responsibilities

As the Team Leader for DELIVERY EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT, you will be at the helm of building and nurturing a skilled team of riders to serve our clients dedicated store. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and recruiting talented riders who align with our clients specific requirements and culture.
• Collaborating closely with our client to understand their needs and ensure seamless onboarding of riders.
• Leading by example and motivating the team to achieve delivery targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Driving the daily live percentage of riders under your leadership to optimize delivery efficiency and reliability.
• Following up with Rider And Ensure Rider are Active
• Manage EV Bikes Riders Fleet Of the Assigned Territory
