Objective of This Role

This internship aims to develop high-potential talent in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Digital Marketing Sales. You will gain real-world exposure to client communication, lead generation, and market research. High-performing interns may receive a full-time job offer after the 3-month internship period.

Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients, industries, and new business opportunities

Approach leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn & networking

Pitch services and assist in proposal creation

Support contract negotiation & onboarding of new clients

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

Collaborate with marketing on lead-generation strategies

Track competitor trends and client needs

Meet weekly & monthly business development targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Good negotiation & presentation abilities

Basic understanding of digital marketing (training provided)

Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads

Self-driven and target-oriented

Graduate or pursuing degree (BBA / MBA / BE preferred)

Minimum 6 CGPA / 60%

Freshers & early-career candidates (01 yr) are welcome

Preferred Skills

Previous internship/experience in B2B sales, IT services, or digital marketing

Familiarity with CRM tools

Strong networking & client interaction confidence

Ability to work independently & in teams

Proficiency in English (written & spoken)

Stipend: Up to ?15,000/month + Performance Bonuses
