• Experienced in using Git for versioncontrol across collaborative development environments.
• Proficient in configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesusing GitHub Actions.
• Skilled in programming with Apex, JavaScript, and Python for backend and frontend development.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, and Sales Cloud.
• Developed and deployed serverless applications using AWS Lambda, S3, IAM, and DynamoDB
• Implemented infrastructure as code using Terraform for scalable and repeatable deployments.
