Job Description
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Air Conditioning, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
- Diagnose and repair faults in split ACs, window ACs, and basic HVAC systems
- Conduct electrical maintenance including wiring, DBs, switches, sockets, lighting, and basic control panels
- Execute plumbing repairs involving leaks, pipelines, sanitary fittings, valves, and fixtures
- Adhere to safety standards and site-specific procedures during all tasks
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests
- Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate job records
- Coordinate with supervisors and provide daily updates on work progress
Requirements
- Minimum 2 4 years of hands-on experience as a Multi Technician in AC, Electrical, and Plumbing maintenance
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Physically fit and capable of performing on-site duties under varying conditions

- Age limit: Maximum 40 years
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Arabic - speaking candidates from India are acceptable
- Other candidates must be fluent in Hindi and/or English
