Role Description

The Accounts Executive role at 3102bce is a full-time, on-site position based in Goa, India. The role includes managing financial transactions, preparing financial records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records. The Accounts Executive will collaborate with the management team to analyze financial data, manage budgets, and develop strategies for financial growth. Additionally, the role involves monitoring accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial discrepancies, and liaising with auditors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial record-keeping, and handling accounts payable and receivable.
• Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis.
• Experience with financial software and tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; additional certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in the hospitality or luxury service industry is a plus.
