About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Specialist to handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks across our boutique hotel and luxury villa properties in North Goa.

This role is ideal for someone with basic accounting knowledge who is eager to upskill, learn hospitality accounting frameworks, and grow along with the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily books of accounts, income/expense entries, and ledger reconciliations.
• Process vendor invoices, keep track of accounts payable/receivable, and log daily cash/card transactions.
• Coordinate with front desk and operational teams for daily guest revenue audits and billing reports.
• Assist in organizing vouchers, GST invoices, and monthly compliance documentations.
• Learn and adapt to hospitality PMS (Property Management Systems) and modern accounting software.

Key Requirements

• Educational background in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com or equivalent preferred).
• Basic understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, debit/credit rules, and GST fundamentals.
• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and software like Tally or Zoho Books.
• A strong growth mindset: Strong curiosity, Willingness to learn hospitality accounting practices, and take guidance on the job.
• Good organizational skills and high attention to detail.
