Associate/Senior Associate - Real Estate Sales

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Thane.

As a Real Estate Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include identifying and cultivating prospective clients through various channels, creating and managing property listings, conducting market research, understanding clients" needs, providing guidance on market conditions and pricing, and guiding clients through the negotiation process. You will collaborate with colleagues from other departments to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an understanding of the real estate market and retail trends, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred), good presentation skills, strong business acumen, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, strong negotiation and communication skills, familiarity with MS Office, and the ability to work 6 days a week.

The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in real estate primary retail sales. The job location is in Thane and immediate joiners are required. The salary ranges from 3 LPA to 4.5 LPA. Applications from Thane or nearby locations will be accepted.
