Role Description The Business Development Executive (IT Services, Websites, etc.) is a full-time role responsible for driving growth for 3DFuzions web development and digital marketing services. The position is hybrid, based in the Mohali district, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads through multiple channels, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The role involves engaging with potential clients, presenting service offerings, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and maintaining ongoing relationships to support upselling and cross-selling. The Business Development Executive will work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align client needs with suitable solutions, track sales performance, and contribute to revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification.
• Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to understand client needs, manage relationships, and support long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication, presentation abilities, and professional client interaction.
• Relevant experience selling IT services, websites, or digital marketing solutions, preferably in an agency or technology environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Mohali district, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and follow-up skills, with a focus on meeting or exceeding set targets.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, online communication platforms, and basic productivity software to track leads and activities.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
