This is a full-time hybrid role located in Mohali district, with some flexibility for remote work. The Facebook/Social Media Chat Sales Freshers will be responsible for engaging with customers via social media platforms, supporting inquiries, and promoting products and services. Day-to-day activities include responding to customer queries, creating engaging content, assisting in digital campaigns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

• Experience or knowledge in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles to support promotional efforts.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective engagement with customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment and adapt to both in-office and remote working scenarios.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management tools is a plus.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the teams goals.
