Role Description The Instagram Expert will manage and grow clients Instagram presence through strategy, content creation, and performance optimization. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and scheduling posts, creating or coordinating visual and written content, engaging with followers, and managing comments and direct messages in a professional manner. The role also involves analyzing account metrics, tracking campaign performance, and adjusting strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. Collaboration with design, copy, and marketing team members to ensure brand consistency and alignment with broader digital campaigns is essential. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Instagram account management, including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
• Hands-on experience with creating or briefing visual content (images, short videos, Reels) and writing clear, engaging captions and hashtags.
• Ability to analyze Instagram Insights and other analytics tools to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
• Knowledge of broader social media and digital marketing concepts such as branding, audience targeting, and funnel optimization.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple accounts or projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Previous experience in social media marketing or a related role; agency experience is a plus.
• Relevant education in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if skills are demonstrated.
