We're looking for an exceptional leader to spearhead the global sales and network expansion engine for an outdoor entertainment company as it enters its next phase of international growth. This full-time leadership role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, focuses on building a repeatable franchise expansion model, driving regional partnerships, and closing high-value cluster-based deals.
Location: UAE / India (Global Travel Required)
Ideal Profile:
- 15-18 years of experience in franchise expansion, network development, or multi-location business scaling
- Strong expertise in high-value B2B sales and strategic partnerships
- A proven track record of building markets from scratch and closing complex deals
- Experience in F&B, Retail, Hospitality, Entertainment, or Real Estate-led expansion models
