Lead Consultant

As an ISO consultant, your main responsibilities will include being a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. You should have experience in documentation work within the manufacturing industry and possess strong presentation skills. You should have previous experience working in Quality, Production, Internal Audit, Documentation, or as a Management Representative for ISO. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Additionally, you should be willing to travel nationwide and have technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to clients and customers regarding international standards to be maintained in their respective organizations
• Help organizations develop policies that comply with international standards
• Plan, schedule, and conduct visits for implementation and internal quality audits
• Assist companies in ensuring their operational procedures and techniques meet the highest quality standards
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of audit systems
• Conduct trainings on ISO standards awareness, Internal Quality Auditor, and quality improvement tools
• Help clients achieve ISO certification by establishing, implementing, and maintaining management systems that ensure standardization and quality assurance
• Ensure the implementation of management systems for continuous improvement and minimal operational disruptions

Qualifications Required:

• B.E/M.E in Mechanical or Electrical / MBA
• Previous experience in Quality, Production, Internal Audit, Documentation, or as a Management Representative for ISO
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to travel nationwide
• Technical knowledge in the relevant field
