Role Overview:

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will serve as the strategic architect of our human capital engine, responsible for scaling our workforce to meet ambitious business objectives. You will work closely with the executive leadership team and department heads to define hiring roadmaps, refine our employer brand, and ensure that our talent density remains a competitive advantage. This role is pivotal in shaping the organizational structure, directly influencing our ability to innovate and deliver value to our customers by attracting and retaining top-tier industry talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with our long-term business growth and departmental headcount requirements.
• Lead the end-to-end leadership hiring process, identifying and engaging high-impact executives who can drive our strategic initiatives forward.
• Oversee the campus hiring program to build a robust pipeline of early-career talent from premier institutes, ensuring a sustainable flow of future leaders.
• Manage and optimize vendor relationships and recruitment agencies to ensure high-quality delivery, cost-efficiency, and adherence to our hiring standards.
• Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to monitor recruitment funnel efficiency, time-to-hire, and quality-of-hire metrics to inform executive decision-making.
• Cultivate a strong employer brand in the Bangalore market to position 4th Orbit as an employer of choice for top-tier engineering and management professionals.

Required Skillset:

• Proven ability to lead large-scale recruitment functions with 15 to 20 years of experience in high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex stakeholder relationships, including board members and C-suite executives, to align hiring goals with business strategy.
• Advanced proficiency in leveraging HR analytics to forecast hiring needs, track performance metrics, and optimize recruitment processes.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior-level candidates and internal leadership teams.
• Strong operational experience in managing diverse recruitment channels, including campus programs, executive search, and external partnerships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Bangalore, demonstrating adaptability and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Academic background from a premier institute is highly preferred, reflecting a strong foundation in management or human resources.
