Talkar (www.talkar.in) is an AI voice agent built by 4th Orbit Business Solutions. It answers guest calls 24/7 in 10+ languages and connects with WhatsApp, CRM and PMS systems. Hotels, restaurants and banquet venues use it for reservations, booking enquiries and after-hours calls.

The role:

You own Talkar's growth in the hotel and restaurant segment, from first meeting to renewal. You will build the pipeline, run demos, close deals and grow each account after go-live.

What you will do:

• Build pipeline: go after hotels, resorts, restaurant chains and banquet venues, from single properties to hotel groups.
• Sell: meet owners, GMs, F&B heads and group operations leaders. Run demos and close deals on our published plans.
• Handle onboarding: work with the delivery team on setup, PMS and CRM integrations, and go-live.
• Grow accounts: hold regular reviews with live clients, drive renewals and move them to bigger plans. Expand from one property to the whole group.
• Support partners: work with Talkar's commission-based KAM partners on their introductions and meetings.
• Report: keep the CRM current and forecast accurately.

Who you are:

• 10 - 12 years in B2B sales to hotels, ideally selling Property Management Systems or other hotel software (POS, channel managers, booking engines, revenue management).
• You have closed deals directly with property owners and GMs, and you know how buying decisions are made in hotel groups.
• You understand how a hotel runs: the front desk, reservations, banquets and guest communication.
• You can run a confident software demo and talk commercials with owners.
• You have an existing network of hotel decision-makers.
• Your reporting is disciplined, and you sell honestly without over-promising.
