About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven Campaign Manager to own and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across our retail trading and investment platform at 5Paisa. You will work at the intersection of product, marketing, and data to drive user activation, engagement, and retention using CleverTap as the primary engagement tool.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Design, build, and launch multi-channel campaigns (through Push, In-App, SMS, Email, WhatsApp channels) via CleverTap targeting traders and investors across their lifecycle stages

• Develop segmentation strategies based on user behaviour — first trade, dormancy, high-value clients, SIP investors, F&O traders, etc.

• Set up journeys and flows in CleverTap for onboarding, activation, reengagement, and upsell/cross-sell scenarios Analytics & Optimization

• Monitor campaign performance metrics — delivery rates, CTR, conversion, revenue attributed — and continuously A/B test for optimization

• Build funnels and cohort analyses in CleverTap to identify drop-offs across the user journey (account opening → KYC → first trade → repeat trade)

• Prepare weekly/monthly campaign performance reports for marketing and product leadership Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with the product team to define event taxonomy and ensure proper CleverTap instrumentation (event tracking, user properties)

• Coordinate with design for creatives and with compliance for regulatory approvals on all outgoing communications

• Work with the data/analytics team to enrich CleverTap user profiles using transactional and behavioural data from back-end systems Strategy

• Own the retention and engagement calendar, aligning campaigns with market events (F&O expiry, IPO launches, budget announcements, market volatility events)

• Identify opportunities for personalization at scale — segment-of-one messaging using CleverTaps AI/ML capabilities

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–6 years of experience in Marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing

• Hands-on experience with CleverTap — campaign builder, segmentation, journeys, funnels, and analytics dashboards

• Strong understanding of mobile and web engagement channels — Push Notifications, In-App Messages, SMS, Email, WhatsApp Business API

• Proficiency in user segmentation logic and behavioural targeting

• Familiarity with SQL or basic data querying to pull insights independently

• Good grasp of A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance

• Excellent written communication skills for crafting crisp, compliant messaging

Good to Have:

• Prior experience in fintech/stock broking

• Understanding of Indian capital markets — equity, mutual funds, F&O, IPOs, bonds

Key Metrics Youll Own:

• DAU/MAU of trading app

• Campaign-attributed first trade rate

• 30/60/90-day retention cohorts

• Dormant user reactivation rate

• Push opt-in rates and CTR benchmarks
