Manager – Treasury (Stock Broking)

Job Summary

The role involves managing daily treasury operations, banking activities, fund management, exchange settlements, and regulatory compliance within the stock broking business. The candidate will work closely with banks and internal teams including Operations, Finance, RMS, and Compliance to ensure smooth fund flow management and timely settlement of obligations.

Key Responsibilities

· Monitor daily cash flow, liquidity position, and effective utilization of funds

· Execute banking transactions including RTGS/NEFT payments and inter-bank fund transfers

· Handle day-to-day treasury operations and manage banking documentation related to Fixed Deposits (FDs), Overdrafts, WCDL, Commercial Papers (CP), and NCDs

· Liaise with banks and internal stakeholders for seamless treasury and funding operations

· Conduct fund reconciliation and maintain accuracy of treasury records and balances

· Prepare daily MIS reports, cash flow statements, and other treasury-related reports

· Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, and BSE regulations and operational guidelines

· Monitor settlement obligations, margin requirements, and funding positions

· Maintain treasury records, banking documents, and related correspondences

· Support internal and external audits along with compliance and regulatory activities

Qualifications

· B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance

· Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury, finance, or banking operations

· Prior experience in stock broking or capital markets will be preferred

Required Skills

· Sound understanding of treasury functions and banking operations

· Strong proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting

· Knowledge of SEBI, NSE, and BSE regulatory frameworks

· Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

· Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail and accuracy
