About the position:

We at 91Springboard have a unique opportunity for someone to be a part of the fixed assets management team and controlling the accounting of the assets purchased, improved, discarded and other such tasks. The role will provide you in depth exposure of the Fixed Assets management function as you help in implementing the controls required to safeguard these assets.

For this role, we are looking for talented individuals with a stellar academic record, who can take risks and assume ownership of multiple projects under ambiguity.

Processing of accounting entries in relations of fixed assets, renovations, repairs to the assets.

Assisting in preparing data for insurance renewals

Assist in making sure that compliances of direct and indirect tax are met at the base level of entry.

Facilitate internal audit queries, monthly MIS and closure of books

Train facility teams on new processes and ongoing transactions

Depreciation accounting

Preparing Financial Statements and reports as required under the relevant statute.

Process development & implementation across all company locations leveraging automation tools for efficiency & effectiveness and documentation thereof.

Implementing an internal control mechanism

Ensuring control policies like Budget, Costing and Credit control policy are fully enforced and adhered, constantly vigilant, in the scope for revenue recognition and recovery.

What you will need:

Finance graduate from a reputed institution

2-4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting background.

Advanced Excel skills required

Working knowledge of Accounting & Taxation software such as Zoho, Tally, QB, Spectrum etc.
