Role: Vice President - Structured Finance & Securitization
Location: Mumbai
Role Purpose:
Build and lead the structured credit business, covering co-lending, securitization/PTCs, direct assignments and other structured debt solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Originate, structure and execute co-lending, securitization/PTC and direct-assignment transactions with NBFCs, HFCs, fintechs and other originators.
- Evaluate underlying pools and structure credit enhancement, tranching, waterfalls and other transaction protections.
- Build co-lending partnerships with banks/NBFCs and structure appropriate commercial, credit and risk-sharing arrangements.
- Develop relationships with banks, mutual funds and other institutional investors for placement/distribution of structured credit products.
- Coordinate transaction execution with originators, investors, rating agencies, trustees, legal counsel and internal Credit/Risk teams, ensuring compliance with applicable RBI regulations.

- Monitor transaction/pool performance post execution and build the product capability and team as the business scales.
Experience & Qualification:
- 12 - 18+ years in structured finance/securitization with a bank, NBFC, investment bank or rating agency.
- Hands-on PTC/DA execution experience and strong relationships across originators and investors preferred.
- CA/MBA/CFA preferred.
