Chips Plant - Officer - Mechanical

·       Implementation of Uflex Pet Resin Division IMS policy and regular measurement, monitoring and achieving the IMS objective related to quality, Environment , Food Safety and energy management system (ISO 9001:2015,ISO 14001:2015,ISO 45001:2018 , ISO 22000:2018 and ISO 50001:2018)

·       Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.

·       Inspect machinery regularly for wear and tear and lubrication needs.

·       Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures.

·       Repair or replace defective parts to restore operational efficiency.

·       Analyze data from equipment (e.g. vibration, temperature) to predict maintenance needs.

·       Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs and inspections.

·       Recommend and implement upgrades to improve safety and reliability.

·       Work with fitter and other departments to address maintenance issues.

·       Help in maintain an inventory of critical spare parts and tools.

·       Maintain communication with superiors regarding all jobs and problems addressed.

·       Ensure 100% work permit system implementation for all fabrication and preventive maintenance job and use of PPE’s required for different maintenance activities in CP & SSP.

·       Regular review and ensure that the EHS compliance are fulfilled and reported to concerned as per mandatory.
