Aasvaa Innovation Labs is Hiring a CTO & Co-Founder: Build Indias Gen AI!

Do you dream of building impactful AI solutions from the ground up Aasvaa Innovation Labs is looking for a dynamic and experienced CTO to join our founding team and lead us in our mission to create Indias own sovereign Gen AI capabilities.

Were developing cutting-edge AI engines (like our Aasvaa Vidya RAG model) and solutions for diverse applications, including:

* GoJuris: AI for Legal Research (already live!)

* Lumex: AI for Media & Surveillance (Vision AI)

* Next-Gen Chatbots, Voice Assistants, and Humanbots

As our CTO & Co-Founder, you will

* Own the technical vision and strategy for Aasvaa.

* Lead, mentor, and grow our engineering team.

* Architect, design, and scale our AI platform and infrastructure.

* Drive innovation in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and other AI domains.

* Collaborate closely with the CEO and other leaders to shape the companys direction.

Were looking for someone with:

* A strong background in AI/ML, with 6+ years of experience (preferred).

* Deep expertise in building and deploying AI models and systems.

* Experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), LLMs, and related technologies is a major plus.

* Ideally, experience working at a leading AI company (Google AI, Meta AI, Microsoft AI, OpenAI, etc.) or significant contributions to open-source AI projects.

* A proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams.

* Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

* Most importantly: An entrepreneurial spirit, a high tolerance for risk, and a passion for building something truly impactful.

Location:Jaipur, India
