Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and visionary Co-Founder with expertise in AI and ML to lead and drive the technology strategy at Aasvaa Universal Private Limited. As a Co-Founder, you will be responsible for spearheading the development of advanced AI and ML solutions, overseeing technical teams, and shaping innovative product roadmaps. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify market opportunities, develop cutting-edge technologies, and ensure efficient execution of the companys strategic initiatives. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jaipur, enabling you to balance on-site responsibilities with occasional remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems using innovative approaches
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on B2B or B2G solutions
• Proficiency in conducting in-depth research to drive product development and innovation
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and related technologies
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for technological transformation
• Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
