Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
2. Assist patients with appointments, enquiries, and hospital services.
3. Communicate effectively with patients in Urdu, Tamil, and Malayalam.
4. Provide accurate information about hospital services and procedures.
5. Coordinate with relevant departments to address patient needs.
6. Follow up with patients regarding appointments and enquiries.
7. Handle patient complaints politely and ensure timely resolution.
8. Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
9. Ensure patient satisfaction and maintain confidentiality.
10. Support the customer care team in achieving service quality targets.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills

• Fluency in Urdu, Tamil, and Malayalam is mandatory.
