Job Summary
The IT Head is responsible for managing the organizations IT systems, network infrastructure, software applications, cybersecurity, and technical support. The role ensures smooth and secure IT operations while supporting business goals through effective technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all IT systems, hardware, software, and networks.
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
- Oversee ERP, Hospital Management System (HMS), HRMS, and other software applications.
- Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and network availability.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT services and equipment procurement.
- Implement IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Lead and supervise the IT team.
- Plan and execute IT projects and system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
