Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze healthcare and industry trends.
• Analyze business performance across branches, services, and departments.
• Monitor revenue, patient volume, service utilization, and other key business indicators.
• Conduct competitor analysis including services, pricing, locations, and market activities.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential areas for business expansion.
• Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Track branch-wise and service-wise performance against targets.
• Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and market demand.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement strategies.
• Support management in business planning and strategic decision-making.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new services, locations, and business initiatives.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and business initiatives.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, and other departments to collect and analyze data.
• Develop and maintain performance KPIs and business metrics.
• Present key findings, trends, and recommendations to management
