- Groom and mentor multiple credit managers.
- Maintaining Good portfolio quality

- Maintain Highest Standard of customer experience, Governance, and compliance.
- Adapt and promote Digital Initiatives.
- Vendor Management
- Graduation: Any Graduation (as per requirement).
- Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation (as per requirement)
