Head - Products - EdTech

Role Overview:

We are executing a leadership role of Product Head with a leading start up University based in Mumbai.

The KRA's would be:

• The role will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying market opportunities and defining product strategy to developing, launching, scaling, and continuously enhancing programmes based on learner, industry, and market insights.
• Own the portfolio architecture, product positioning, pricing, and programme lifecycle.
• Lead the end-to-end development and launch of executive education, professional certification, upskilling, and continuing education programmes.
• Own the commercial performance of the portfolio, including enrolments, revenue, profitability, and programme performance.
• Partner closely with Academic, Faculty, Marketing, Admissions, Sales, Operations, Finance, Technology, and Leadership teams to drive successful launches and scale the portfolio.

The desirable would be:

• 12+ years of relevant experience in product management, executive education, EdTech, higher education, professional learning, consulting, or a related domain.
• Proven track record of building, launching, scaling, and managing education products/programmes from concept through execution.
• Strong understanding of executive education, professional learning, upskilling/reskilling, and continuing education.
• Strong capabilities in product strategy, market intelligence, commercial planning, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
