Role Summary

The Fashion Assistant – Coordinator supports sales floor operations by coordinating customer service, merchandise presentation, and daily store activities while ensuring adherence to Pantaloons’ brand and VM standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and styling support

• Coordinate merchandise display and replenishment as per VM guidelines

• Support sales targets through active selling

• Assist in stock handling, tagging, and cycle counts

• Coordinate between sales floor, stockroom, and billing

• Ensure SOP compliance, grooming, and store discipline

Eligibility

• Minimum Education: 12th Pass

• Experience: 0–2 years in fashion retail (freshers can apply)

Skills

• Good communication skills

• Customer-focused and sales-driven

• Basic fashion and retail knowledge

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
