Business Development Trainee

What role you will play in team: You will assist the senior Business Development team in identifying new leads and expanding the company's market reach within the construction sector.

What you will do: You will support in conducting market research, preparing presentations, and maintaining client databases.

Key responsibility:

• Assist in lead generation activities, including market research and online outreach.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
• Maintain a well-organized database of client information.
• Support in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations.
• Attend industry events and network with potential clients.
• Learn about different aspects of the construction business and build valuable experience.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0-1 year experience preferred; internships or relevant projects are also considered.
• Basic understanding of the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
