Our products include AbhiDoc, an AI-enabled healthcare platform supporting doctors, clinics and hospitals with digital healthcare workflows, and AbhiWatch, a healthcare-focused smart wearable designed to support health monitoring and patient engagement.

We are expanding our presence across Coimbatore and the wider Tamil Nadu healthcare market and are looking for an energetic marketing professional who can build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics and healthcare organisations.

We are looking for an AI Healthcare Marketing Executive who will be responsible for promoting AbhiDoc, AbhiWatch and related healthcare technology solutions to doctors, hospitals, clinics and healthcare communities.

This is a highly active, field-oriented marketing role. The successful candidate should be comfortable regularly visiting hospitals, clinics and doctors, introducing our products, conducting demonstrations, developing relationships and identifying potential customers and partnerships.

Alongside field marketing, the Executive will also support digital marketing activities, healthcare campaigns, social media promotions and lead-generation initiatives.

The position is based in Coimbatore, with frequent local travel and occasional travel to other locations depending on business requirements.

• Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and other healthcare organisations to introduce and promote AbhiDoc and AbhiWatch.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, clinic owners and other healthcare decision-makers.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations explaining the benefits and use cases of AbhiDoc and AbhiWatch.
• Identify new hospitals, clinics, doctors and healthcare organisations that could become customers or partners.
• Generate and follow up on sales and marketing leads.
• Work closely with the management and sales teams to convert interested healthcare providers into customers.
• Participate in healthcare conferences, medical meetings, exhibitions, hospital events and professional networking activities.
• Build relationships with healthcare communities, medical associations and professional groups.
• Conduct local market research to understand healthcare organisations, competitors, customer requirements and emerging opportunities.
• Support digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant channels.
• Create and coordinate healthcare marketing content, including social media posts, promotional materials, presentations, brochures and campaign content.
• Use AI tools to assist with content creation, market research, customer segmentation and campaign optimisation.
• Track marketing activities, leads, hospital visits and campaign performance using CRM systems or analytics dashboards.
• Collect feedback from doctors and healthcare organisations and communicate market requirements to the product and management teams.
• Ensure that healthcare marketing communications remain professional, accurate, ethical and compliant with relevant regulations.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, business development, field sales or customer relationship management is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitals, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics, health technology or medical marketing would be a strong advantage.
• Candidates without healthcare experience may also be considered if they demonstrate strong marketing, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable approaching doctors, hospital administrators and healthcare professionals.
• Confident in conducting face-to-face meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media marketing or online advertising is desirable.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other digital productivity or marketing tools is an advantage.
• Basic ability to analyse campaign results, customer responses and marketing data.
• Ability to independently organise hospital visits, meetings and follow-ups.
• Self-motivated, energetic and comfortable working towards marketing and business-development targets.

This is a field-intensive role.

Candidates must:

• Be based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore.
• Be willing to travel frequently within Coimbatore and surrounding areas.
• Regularly visit hospitals, clinics and doctors as part of their normal working responsibilities.
• Be willing to travel to other cities when required for exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings or business-development activities.
• Having a two-wheeler or other convenient means of local transportation would be an advantage.
