Abtik Group of Companies is looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. We are seeking candidates with same-industry experience who have a strong understanding of client handling, lead generation, sales processes, and business growth.

The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and capable of building strong professional relationships while contributing to the companys growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, references, networking, and other channels
• Connect with prospective clients and understand their requirements
• Present company services effectively to potential clients
• Handle follow-ups, negotiations, and client conversion
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Business Development / Sales
• Same-industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation and convincing skills
