We are a leading pharmaceutical company seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Address customer concerns, provide product information, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Process orders, returns, and refunds as per company policies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the system.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
• Provide support for product-related inquiries, including dosage, availability, and shipping details.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products is a plus.
