About the team:
The Global People Analytics team includes more than 300 professionals across the world and serves as a single point of contact for our Stakeholders for all HR Reporting and Analytics needs leveraging new, agile solutions and innovations in the best way possible. The HR Data Science and Advanced analytics team under Global People Analytics leverages advanced statistical/data science techniques and prescriptive analytics to address business problems, provide actionable insights to HR stakeholders and enable them for more informed decision making.
About the Role:
The Data Science Manager will work to augment Global People Analytics Data Science Capabilities and will be responsible for addressing deep analytics and predictive requirements of the one of more HR functional and/or locations domains. The Data Science Manager will work with respective HR leaders and solve their data science challenges. He partner with different teams in CIO, HR Shared Services, Studio, to build, review and improve Applied Intelligence models and assets. This role is suited for an out- of-the-box thinker, someone who is passionate about innovation and agile development.
- Create foundational data capabilities by leveraging existing data in addition to constantly learning about new technologies.
- Design and implement new predictive solutions based upon business needs and requirements.
- Work with HR leadership, CIO and other teams to define and implement end to end working solutions (PoC, GDPR, Scaling, to Industrialization)
- Program and Project Timeline Management, Communication
- Continuously monitor results from existing solutions, observe/identify anomalies & drivers of influence, propose agile enhancements for optimizing model(s).
- Understand relevant business concerns, how they relate to current/forecast results, and then work to “connect the dots”. Focus on diagnosis, likely outcomes, and suggested resolutions.
- Review or prepare high quality summary data cuts (e.g. reports, dashboards, graphs), commentary on findings and trends being presented to the HR top leadership.
- Link data findings to developments and known events/ issues and provide a business context around data interpretation.
