The Practice – A Brief Sketch
The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice is aligned to the Global Network Song Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.
The Content Strategy and Activation Manager is a senior-level position within the Marketing transformation vertical of Accenture GN Song. The individual will be responsible for shaping and executing content strategies for the clients. The role will be pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional content solutions to enhance our clients digital presence. Also, will leverage extensive expertise in content marketing, social media, and web engagement to deliver innovative solutions that drive client success. The key responsibilities will include
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants to develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with client goals and target audience personas
• Foster collaboration, motivation, and skill development within the team
• Collaborate with client teams and stakeholders to define comprehensive digital content strategies
• Build and manage key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on brand guidelines and creative strategy
• Developing and executing content strategies to align with clients marketing goals and target audience personas
• Client-handling skills to build and manage key relationships
• Oversee the development and execution of high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various digital channels, including blogs, social media, and email marketing
• Optimize content for SEO and user experience, incorporating keyword research and semantic SEO
• Conduct comprehensi
